Aaron Vargas: Iowa's Swabian Hall

Available in 6-packs in the late fall and early spring. This beer is named after Carl Blake (of Rustik Rooster Farms) and his Iowa Swabian hog breed. Carl is nationally known (he's been on the Colbert Report) as creating the genetically best hog for roasting. This beer is perfect when enjoying some of Carl's pork or any grilled or BBQ meat for that matter.
