Our second installment of our collaboration with Shawn of Alpine Beer Company, Devon of Arts District Brewing Co., and Chris of Mikkeller Brewing San Diego.

Triple Connected, is hitting draft this Friday with Cans being available this Saturday at 12pm.

Tasting notes;
Triple Connected is a Triple Rye IPA with Galaxy Hops that comes in at 10.5% ABV. Aromas of lemon peel, papaya, dark berry, resinous pine-like notes with soft alcohol notes underlying. First sip reveals flavors of tropical fruit, bursts of dark cherry and berry, subtle floral notes that is followed by a spiciness provided by the rye along with a slight warming from the alcohol. Finish is clean with lingering hop notes that stay apparent in the deepest regions of your mouth. Body is medium/low with a nice creaminess from carbonation.
