Belgian-Style Quad DEATH took home another award! LIMITED RELEASE Celebration Sat. 06.17 @ NOON!

Garden Grove Brewing Co. proudly presents an extremely limited one-barrel release of our back-to-back AWARD-WINNING Belgian-Style Quad, DEATH at our Carytown Taproom this Saturday, June 17th starting at noon!

This very special release honors DEATH’s taking of the Bronze Medal at the 2017 Virginia Craft Beer Cup Awards, the largest state-level brewery competition of its kind in the United States. This is the second year in a row that DEATH took home a medal, winning Silver at last year’s 2016 Awards.

Clocking in at an ample 10% ABV, this complex quadrupel utilizes a unique malt bill to naturally elicit dark fruit flavors classic to the style, without overwhelming the subtleties imparted by the delicate red wine grapes. Our most recent vintage was aged in red wine barrels for four months and crafted with 2016 Petit Verdot grapes from our vineyard in Delaplane, VA.
