Carolina Bauernhaus will be releasing bottles of Mulleficent on April 1

We will be releasing bottles of Mulleficent on April 1st in the Carolina Bauernhaus taproom. Mulleficent is a beguiling farmhouse golden sour ale we created in conjunction with our friends at Brewery 85 in Greenville, SC. We started with our golden sour barrel aged ale and then blended in over 800 pounds of crisp Upstate SC apples grown at Chattooga Belle Farm, along with loads of local organic ginger, cinnamon, and clove. This bright golden has hints of apple skins and a bright tartness that finishes with a refreshing dryness and a subtle hint of spice.

$20 per 750ml bottle with no purchase limit. Bottles will be available in the taproom at noon & we'll also have a keg on draft for you to try. Cheers!
