Jagged Mountain releases THREE collaboration beers, March 24th.

Jagged Mountain will be releasing THREE different collaboration beers on Friday, March 24th.

Jagged Mountain and Vail Brewing: Colorado Forager- All Colorado Amber Ale with Spruce, Elderberry, and Black Currant.

We designed this beer with one thing in mind, showcasing the best Colorado has to offer. We sources malts from Colorado Malting Company {Alamosa, CO}, hops from High Wire Hop Farm {Paonia, CO}, yeast from Inland Island Yeast {Denver, CO}, Spruce {Vail Pass, courtesy of Garret from Vail Brewing}, and elderberry and black currant from Source of Nature {Fort Collins, CO}.

Jagged Mountain and ÜberBrew: Über Slayer- Japanese Saison

This might be our most adventurous beer to date! We started with a saison base, then added Green Tea, Roasted Seaweed, Kelp, Sansho Pepper, Black Sesame Seeds, Ginger, Yuzu and Kabosu fruits, and Shiitake Mushrooms to round out this umami adventure! All of these unique ingredients were supplied by our neighborhood Japanese market, Pacific Mercantile. We used a special blend of saison strains from Inland Island Yeast to finish out this collaboration.

Jagged Mountain and ÜberBrew: ÜberMountain- Barrel Aged SMaSH Barleywine

This barrel aged SMaSH Barleywine is a celebration of Colorado and Montana craft brewing! Brewed with Glen Eagles Maris Otter malt, boiled for over 6 hours, hopped with spicy Saaz hops and then aged in Colorado and Montana Whiskey barrels for over a year create a unique and complex brew! It took some epic journeys to create this brew, grab a glass in our taproom while you can!
