Chef Charles Imbelli and Craft Beer Brouwerij West Food & Beer Pairing Dinner

Los Angeles’s Brouwerij West and Orange County’s Harvest at The Ranch at Laguna Beach are two of Southern California’s newest and brightest coastal eating and drinking destinations. They team up on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, for a pairing dinner that kicks off an on-going series the craft brewery is developing to showcase their beers paired with outstanding food at acclaimed restaurants in Southern California and beyond. Brouwerij West Founder Brian Mercer, President Dave Holop and members of the brewery’s beermaking team will be on hand to discuss the beers with diners as they eat and drink through the courses along with Harvest’s Chef Charles Imbelli.

A former Zagat’s “30 under 30” honoree, New York City-born Chef Charles Imbelli has worked alongside some of the industry’s preeminent names, including David Waltuck at Chanterelle, Danny Meyer at Union Square Events, and, most notably, Marcus Samuelsson and the Samuelsson Group in New York. There, he opened American Table at Alice Tully Hall and Uptown Brasserie at JFK Airport, among other properties. On the West Coast, he helped oversee the culinary operations at various Ace Hotel properties.

The reception begins at 6:30pm. Dinner is served from 7:30 – 9:30pm. Reservations are limited. Call (949) 715 – 1376 for more information or to reserve tables. Cost is $95.00 per guest with beer.
