2/25/2017 -- Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden Celebrates Mardi Gras with Smoke Out Saturday and Fat Tuesday Celebration

Celebrate Mardi Gras at Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden

Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden is extending the Mardi Gras party with a themed Smoke Out Saturday on February 25th followed by a Fat Tuesday celebration on February 28th.

Smoke Out Saturday will be Cajun-themed with a whole cooked hog served over dirty rice and brews from Abita Brewing Company. Live music all day featuring: Gumbo Ya Ya, Greg Izor & Marco Pandolfi, Greg Izor & The Box Kickers, Gumbo Ce Soir and Boss Street Brass Band.

The menu on Fat Tuesday features Louisiana fare: boudin balls and beignets. Bell’s Brewery from Kalamazoo, MI is officially expanding to Texas and Banger’s will be one of the first locations to serve their brews with a 10-tap takeover that evening. Live music from Interrobang starts at 6 p.m.
