On Wednesday, October 8th from 4–8 PM, guests can visit participating coalition breweries to pick up a Kindness Bingo card, play along with activities that spread positivity, and win prizes — including a nod to nostalgia with a custom hacky sack. Each location will also host a Breaking Silence table, where guests can learn more about how they can be a part of building safe spaces.
“At the heart of beer is community. Of giving everyone a place where they can come and be together,” says Alli Meyerhardt, Founder of Breaking Silence. “Drink Kindly is about making sure those spaces of connection are safe, welcoming, and kind for everyone — whether you’re there for the beer, the atmosphere, or simply the community.”
The Drink Kindly Coalition is more than a celebration of craft beer — it’s a reminder that the heart of Denver’s brewery culture lies in the people, conversations, and shared experiences. With Kindness Bingo as the playful centerpiece, the event encourages guests to:
- Notice one another and create space for belonging
- Act with empathy when someone needs support
- Practice kindness in simple, everyday ways
It is amazing how truly simple being kind is, and we hope this event is a gentle reminder of what the practice of kindness can look like.
