Crafted from fresh-pressed Northwest apples, this hazy cider was born to cut through the noise.
CORVALLIS, Ore. — July 10, 2025 — 2 Towns Ciderhouse is proud to drop its latest track: Dry Fidelity, a delightfully dry, unfiltered cider crafted with fresh-pressed Northwest apples. This stripped-down cider delivers a crisp hit of refreshment that’s all about the apples.
Now available in 4-packs of 16 oz cans and on draft, Dry Fidelity (6.2% ABV) fills a long-requested spot in the 2 Towns lineup: a dry cider that doesn’t compromise on character, craft, or flavor.
“With Dry Fidelity, we set out to create a cider that was beautifully simple, dry, and raw, with expressive apple aromatics,” says Dave Takush, head cidermaker at 2 Towns Ciderhouse. “It’s like dropping the needle on a favorite vinyl—pure, analog, and deeply satisfying.”
