BrewBilt Brewing Awarded Gold Medal at 2025 Brewers Cup of California

Grass Valley, Calif. – BrewBilt Brewing was awarded a Gold medal in the German-Style Kolsch/Koln-Style Kolsch category of the 2025 Brewers Cup of California. The competition, organized by Sacramento Area Brewers Guild with support from the Bay Area, Central Coast, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego brewers guilds, recognizes the best craft beers in the state of California. The competition received 1,360 entries from 203 independent craft breweries.

BrewBilt Brewing was recognized in the German-Style Kolsch/Koln-Style Kolsch for its Party Eyes Kolsch, a crisp and refreshing beer brewed with 100% California-grown craft malt. BrewBilt Brewing is an almost three-year-old brewery in Grass Valley, CA making distinctly satisfying beers using craft malts grown in California.

Winning beers were determined by a panel of expert judges, who determined the winning beers in 64 categories.  The winning breweries were announced at the 2025 Brewers Cup of California awards ceremony in Sacramento, California on Friday, April 25.

“This was our largest Brewers Cup competition yet,” said David Teckam, Lead Judge of the Brewers Cup of California. “The awarded beers are truly of the highest caliber and showcase the talent and dedication of the breweries that made them.”

The Brewers Cup of California is the largest craft beer competition in the state and one of the largest in the nation.
