Bright Bright West IPA Joins Ferment Brewing’s Year-Round Lineup

Hood River’s family-friendly waterfront brewery and restaurant, Ferment Brewing, today announced the release of a new year-round beer. Bright West IPA is a West Coast style IPA, available now on draft and in 12oz 6-pack cans.

“We’ve been drinking a lot of West Coast IPA and are thrilled that people are turning back to the style,” said Ferment Brewing Brewmaster Dan Peterson. “We’ve brewed numerous West Coast IPAs as rotating seasonals but knew we wanted to have one in the year round lineup. So we started dialing in a new recipe and landed on one that showcases and balances a bold blend of classic Pacific Northwest hops.”

Bright West IPA is brewed with Centennial, Cascade, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops for a juicy, fresh-cut pine and grapefruit zest character with a touch of rose blossom and a balanced bitterness.

Bright West IPA replaces Crystal Kingdom Hazy IPA, in the year round lineup and joins Hana Pils, 12° Czech Pils, and Lost in Fragaria strawberry sour ale. The beer is available in independent bottle shops and grocery stores across Oregon and Washington.
