Sycamore Brewing Company Serves Up Cozy Ales for Winter

Fan Favorite Christmas Cookie Winter Ale and Bueno Churro Amber Ale On Tap This November

CHARLOTTE, N.C., (Nov. 13, 2024) – Sycamore Brewing Company, a top three craft brewery in North Carolina, releases seasonal favorites Bueno Churro Amber Ale (6.7 % ABV) and Christmas Cookie Winter Ale (7.5 %) in November.

Bueno Churro Amber Ale is malt forward using a distinct blend of malts, including the new Honey Malt from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville. Another special ingredient used in the brewing process – actual churros. All ingredients combined create a malt forward beer brimming with a complex mix of toasted bread, caramelized sugar, honey, molasses and graham cracker, smoothly balanced with sweet notes of vanilla and fried donut batter and finished with a kiss of cinnamon spiciness. 

Christmas Cookie Winter Ale is a cult favorite for those that have been sipping on Sycamore brews for some time. Each year there is a new, clever can art designed, and the Christmas cookie flavor is amped to the max. This is a sweet, malt-forward blonde ale made with the addition of cookie dough to bring out that Christmas sugar cookie vibe. There is also a Barrel Aged Christmas Cookie Winter Amber.

Bueno Churro Amber Ale is available now (released Nov. 11) for a limited time wherever Sycamore beer is sold in 16 oz cans – 4-packs, as well as in the Sycamore Brewing taproom located in Charlotte’s South End, one of the largest tap rooms in the United States.

Christmas Cookie Winter Ale will be available Nov. 23 in the taproom where a special event will take place to celebrate its debut. It will also be available wherever Sycamore beer is sold in 16 oz cans – 4-packs after Nov. 23.
