BrewDog USA Launches Collaboration Beer with THE Foundation

‘The Foundation’ Ohio Pilsner will be sold at Ohio Stadium, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Buffalo Wild Wings, Schottenstein Center, and other restaurants/bars and retailers statewide.

BrewDog USA, the Columbus-based brewery known for its great-tasting flagship brews and seasonals for all, launched its newest collaboration beer, ‘The Foundation’ Ohio Pilsner, on Friday, August 23. The new brew was developed in partnership with THE Foundation, which raises money from fans, donors, boosters and businesses to support The Ohio State University student-athletes. A portion of proceeds from each beer sold directly benefits the nonprofit organization.

Just in time for football season, ‘The Foundation’ Ohio Pilsner (4.0% ABV) is a crisp, clean and refreshing beer brewed with US Noble hops for a unique take on an American classic style. The brand will be available year-round in two formats: single 16oz cans and 12-packs.

“We are incredibly excited to launch this beer in our home state,” says Eric Teodoro Franco, Vice President of U.S. Sales at BrewDog USA. “This partnership represents not only a celebration of local pride but also our commitment to crafting high-quality beers for our community. To celebrate, the beer release will also be accompanied by tailgates at The Ohio State University and a series of promotional events organized by local venues, including:

Fans can find the single cans of The Foundation at Ohio Stadium, Schottenstein Center, Buffalo Wild Wings, Roosters, as well as others restaurants/bars and retailers statewide. The 12-packs will be available at key BrewDog retailers, including Kroger, Giant Eagle, Meijer, and Friendship Kitchen among others.
