Brewbound is pleased to announce that Julia Herz, the Craft Beer Program Director for the Brewers Association, will join the Brewbound Session as a presenter. The event will take place on June 5th in Manhattan.
Herz will discuss recent IRI and Brewers Association data as it relates to craft brewers. She will also take a look at the craft landscape in 2011 and discuss what was learned, what the reoccurring themes were, and what to expect going forward. Herz will also touch on some key issues retailers should consider when carving out space for craft including expanded SKU sets and why craft beer needs to be sold by brand instead of style.
The Brewbound Craft Beer Session will be held on June 5th at the Metropolitan Pavilion, a meeting and event space at 125 W. 18th Street in Manhattan. The event is co-located with BevNET Live, a two-day forum for beverage entrepreneurs, suppliers, distributors, retailers and investors.
Early registration is available through April 15. To sign up for the event online, please visit the registration page. Additional questions regarding registration and sponsorship inquiries can be directed to Chris Furnari at 617-231-8828 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
