Brewbound is pleased to announce its initial lineup of speakers for the 2015 Brewbound Session, taking place on Dec. 3 at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego, Calif.
The Brewbound Session, an engaging full-day business conference for beer industry professionals, will provide craft brewery entrepreneurs and executives with an opportunity to learn and network with hundreds of like-minded brewers, distributors and retailers.
This year’s program is aimed at supporting both established and emerging craft brands, with a focus on helping brewery owners improve their businesses as the craft category becomes increasingly competitive.

- Danelle Kosmal, vice president of Nielsen’s beverage alcohol practice
In addition to conversations with notable brewery executives, Brewbound Session will also give attendees a unique opportunity to participate in private work sessions with a variety of financial professionals specializing in growth strategies and succession planning, offering brewers the chance to gain a deep understanding of specific exit plans.
The informational work sessions are reserved specifically for brewery owners and executives and will feature experts in banking, mergers & acquisitions, generational transfers, private equity investments, strategic combinations and employee stock ownership plans.
Confirmed guests include:
- Mike McCann, Chairman, Business Transactions Practice, Spencer Fane
- Rocky Fiore, Managing Director, Prairie Capital Advisors
- Kevin O’Brien, Senior Vice President, Zepponi & Company
- Cody Jennings, Vice President, Zepponi & Company

As always, Brewbound Session will feature the Startup Brewery Challenge, a business pitch competition for new and emerging craft brewers, as well as focused discussion panels, sponsor exhibits and ample networking opportunities.
Early registration is still available until October 23. Lineup additions and specific sessions will be outlined in the near future.
