  • Yeast handling and harvesting
  • Dry hopping
  • Tank sanitation and transfers
  • Filter operation
  • Fermentation monitoring and data collection
  • Packaging support (kegging/canning prep)
  • Raw material handling and inventory organization
  • Participation in pilot batches and collaboration brews
  • Yeast management
  • CIP/SOP discipline
  • Ability to follow SOPs
  • Meet production schedules
  • Inventory management
  • Recipe execution and consistency
  • Ability to train assistants
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs and work on ladders
