The Role

This is a high-output, field-first sales role.

You will:

  • Own Manhattan & Queens like it’s your business
  • Execute a weekly route of ~55 high-impact account visits
  • Open new accounts and expand distribution across retail + on-premise
  • Build relationships with buyers, managers, and distributor reps
  • Win placements, displays, and menu features
  • Drive velocity through execution (not just selling)
  • Track performance and adjust strategy to hit targets

NYC is a competitive, relationship-driven market—this role rewards people who hustle, follow up, and execute consistently.


What Success Looks Like

  • Opening high-value accounts across Manhattan & Queens
  • Expanding distribution and facings in key stores
  • Strong in-store execution (visibility, placement, pricing)
  • Building real relationships with decision-makers
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly volume goals


Compensation

  • Base: $65,000 – $80,000 + Bonus (20%+ of base)

Details

  • Territory: Manhattan & Queens(Heavy Focus in Manhattan)
  • Work Style: Remote + Field-Based
  • Travel: Daily travel within territory required
  • Home Location: NYC; Preferred: Manhattan or Queens; Jersey City, Hoboken, & Other Boroughs will be considered.
