Bluebird Hardwater is a fast-growing RTD brand based in Jacksonville, FL. We make non-carbonated canned cocktails with premium vodka or tequila, ultra-purified still water, and real fruit juice. No carbonation, no preservatives, no artificial flavors. We're expanding our footprint and looking for a driven market manager to lead our growth in Georgia and South Carolina.
Position Overview:
The Market Manager for Georgia and South Carolina will serve as the primary brand ambassador and sales driver across both states. This person will own relationships with local distributors, manage key on- and off-premise accounts, and be the face of Bluebird Hardwater in the market. You will be responsible for growing brand awareness, building lasting trade relationships, and executing sales strategies that drive volume and velocity across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with distributor partners across Georgia and South Carolina
- Conduct regular account visits to on-premise and off-premise accounts to drive brand presence and sell-through
- Execute brand programming, promotions, and launches in market
- Train distributor sales reps on Bluebird Hardwater brand story, positioning, and selling tools
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Identify and open new accounts across both states to expand distribution footprint
- Collaborate with marketing on local activation and event opportunities
- Manage travel and entertainment budget responsibly across the two-state territory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol sales, preferably in RTD/canned cocktails, spirits, beer, or FMB categories
- Established relationships with accounts and/or distributors in Georgia and/or South Carolina preferred
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a large two-state territory independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales reporting
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
- Passion for the craft beverage space and brand building
