Role: Sales Lead
The Sales Lead is responsible for opening and developing both on and off-premise accounts, driving distribution, velocity, and brand visibility in the market.
Responsibilities
- Own new account development: open and grow
- Drive daily execution, including:
- Securing placements and shelf positioning
- Winning menu placements and features
- Planning and executing promotions, events, and consumer samplings
- Manage market visibility and standards (pricing, display, brand priorities)
- Ensure POS and marketing assets are placed and executed correctly in the field
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and best-in-class service
- Grow volume and brand presence within existing accounts through thoughtful account planning
- Provide weekly formal and informal reporting on activity, wins, opportunities, and market feedback
- Deliver on performance goals across distribution, volume, and activity targets
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of beer or spirits sales experience across on and off-premise
- Proven track record of sales execution and account growth
- Strong relationships and credibility within the local on-/off-premise scene
- Highly motivated relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
