About Figueroa Mountain Brewing:
Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. was founded by father and son team, Jim and Jaime Dietenhofer, in 2010. With a passion for craft beer, they set out to pay homage to the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley with handcrafted beer and hand-drawn artwork depicting the local landscape on their labels.
Named after the mountain seen from their family home in Los Olivos, Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company opened in Buellton, California with only a handful of employees. Since then, the company has grown to become one of the fastest growing craft breweries in America and now has a staff of over 200 which they affectionately call the #FigFam.
There are currently four taprooms along California’s Central Coast. Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. beer can be found in these taprooms or at select retailers and restaurants throughout California.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales and build FMB Co. Brands in assigned geographic territories.
Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; via Karma Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Records all account visits while still on location with relevant notes.
• Adhere to traveling/ spending budget. Submits all relevant receipts and expense reporting.
• Schedules, coordinates, and attends promotional events such as: tap takeovers, steal the glass events, in store tastings, beer or other festivals,
etc.
• Tracks sales expenses by tracking; consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
• Achieve Minimum Sales Goals
• 40 account visits per week
• 2 Brand Activations / Promos per month
• 2 Distributor rep ride alongs per month
• Adhere to trade route outline, achieve market visit goals, and sales quotas.
• Updates managers with current sales data and market activity
• Supplies sales samples within budget.
• Submits Monthly Business Objective report on sales calls.
• Complies with the rules and regulations set forth by the California Alcohol and Beverage Control (ABC).
• Other Duties as required.
Requirements:
- Lift 50lbs
- 2+ years Sales Experience in Adult Beverage Category
- Proficient in VIP / KARMA software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have reliable means transportation
- Self-starting / Self-motivated mentality
- Willing to work occasional off hours / weekends
Compensation:
$65,000 - $70.000 Annual Salary + Commissions
Travel / Mileage Reimbursement
