Role: Sales Manager

The Sales Lead is responsible for opening and developing both on and off-premise accounts, driving distribution, velocity, and brand visibility in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Own new account development: open and grow liquor stores, bars, and restaurants
  • Drive daily execution, including:
  • Securing placements and shelf positioning
  • Winning menu placements and features
  • Planning and executing promotions, events, and consumer samplings
  • Manage market visibility and standards (pricing, display, brand priorities)
  • Ensure POS and marketing assets are placed and executed correctly in the field
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and best-in-class service
  • Grow volume and brand presence within existing accounts through thoughtful account planning
  • Provide weekly formal and informal reporting on activity, wins, opportunities, and market feedback
  • Deliver on performance goals across distribution, volume, and activity targets


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of beer or spirits sales experience across on and off-premise
  • Proven track record of sales execution and account growth
  • Strong relationships and credibility within the local on-/off-premise scene
  • Highly motivated relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
