Full Time Brewer

Title: Founding Head Brewer | New Craft Brewery Launch | Clearwater–St. Pete Area | $90,000+ Salary

We're looking for a Founding Head Brewer to help launch a new craft brewery in the Clearwater–St. Pete area.

The brewery is nearing launch, and we're looking for someone who can get started as soon as possible.

This is a hands-on role. We're looking for a brewer who loves brewing beer and is excited about building a brewery from the ground up. Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, get beer in tanks, run CIP cycles, move kegs, handle raw materials, and do whatever needs to be done to get the brewery open and producing great beer.

You'll be involved in recipe development, brewing operations, cellar work, quality control, production planning, and helping establish the brewery's standards and culture from day one.

Salary starts at $90,000 per year and may be higher based on experience and qualifications.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has professional brewing experience in a production brewery

• Is comfortable working in both the brewhouse and cellar

• Understands brewing science, quality control, and sanitation

• Understands that this is a hands-on brewery role and is comfortable lifting 50 lb grain bags, moving kegs, running CIP cycles, operating a forklift, and doing whatever is needed to keep production moving

• Takes ownership and gets things done without being asked twice

• Is excited about building something new rather than stepping into an already-established operation

• Can start quickly
