Who We Are

Wanna Join the Straight to Ale Wolfpack? We pride ourselves on being an Undeniable Pack of Individuals that follow our core values to not only strengthen the pack but also promote ourselves. We’re a scrappy, tight knitted, flavor-chasing crew crafting everything from crispy lagers to barrel-aged beasts. As we grow, we need a Head Brewer who isn’t afraid to get their boots wet, their hands sticky with hops, and their brain buzzing with new ideas.

What You’ll Do

• Brew beer. Really good beer. Over and over again.
• Dream up new recipes that make our fans as well as the beer nerds say “WOW!”
• Keep our brewhouse running smoothly
• Manage fermentation, cellaring, and quality so everything comes out delicious and on time. (Record all the things: gravities, temperatures, sensory notes, and brew logs)
• Keep the place clean enough that the health inspector smiles.
• Track inventory so that when its time to brew, we can Brew!
• Lead, train, and inspire the brewing team—not necessarily with speeches, but with competence and a good Spotify playlist.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of professional brewing experience (commercial scale).
• A strong understanding of brewing science and production equipment.
• Creativity and a sense of humor—but also a respect for SOPs and sanitation.
• Ability to lift 55 lb bags of grain and tolerate environments ranging from sauna-hot to walk-in-cold.
• Familiarity with lab work/QA is a plus
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate
