About Us
Kings County Brewers Collective (KCBC) is a fast-growing craft brewery based in Brooklyn. We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated team member to join our production team as a Brewer / Cellar / Packaging Operator. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on beer quality and brewery operations.

Position Overview
This role supports all aspects of brewing, cellaring, packaging, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and passionate about craft beer production.
Key Responsibilities
Brewing & Cellar Operations
- Perform daily brewing and cellar tasks including CIP, wort production, yeast harvesting, dry hopping, transfers, carbonation, and barrel work
- Monitor fermentation (gravity, pH, cell counts)
- Conduct basic lab work and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
Packaging & Production
- Operate and maintain Wild Goose WGC-250 canning line
- Package beer into 16 oz and 12 oz cans and kegs
- Monitor carbonation and DO levels
- Prepare packaging materials and stage work areas
- Maintain packaging inventory
Warehouse & Logistics
- Prepare orders for shipment and delivery
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory
- Coordinate with distribution and sales teams
General Duties
- Maintain cleanliness across brewery and taproom
- Assist with facility upkeep and organization
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of brewing and packaging processes
- Ability to follow SOPs and recipes
- High attention to cleanliness and quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Lift 55+ lbs repeatedly
- Stand for extended periods
- Perform physically demanding tasks in varying temperatures
- Safely handle chemicals and hot/cold liquids
Technical Skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ekos experience a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Passion for craft beer!
