About the Black Tooth Brewing Company:

Black Tooth Brewing Company is hiring a full time brewer to join our production team. Located at the foot of the Big Horn Mountains in gorgeous Sheridan, Wyoming – we are known for creating consistent, approachable beers that have received over 100 medals in national competitions. We operate a 30 bbl Sprinkman Brewhouse, GEA centrifuge and Wild Goose canning line. This position will be responsible for the execution of all phases of making consistent and award winning beer. We are looking for candidates who are motivated to grow their professional brewing career.

Core Functions:

·      Wort production on our Sprinkman 30 bbl brewhouse

·      Cellar operations

·      Filtering with a Centrifuge

·      Yeast handling

·      CIP of all equipment

·      Ability to maintain a clean and safe brewing environment

·      Canning line assistance

Qualifications:

·      1+ years brewery experience, preferable producing 2,000+ bbls/year

·      Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment

·      Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

·      Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Education and Certifications:

·      Degree from a 4-year accredited college or equivalent experience desired

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, cloud based computing and databases, mobile applications and other emerging technologies affecting Black Tooth Brewing Company business.

Job Requirements:

·      Proof of eligibility to work in the Unites States

·      Valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance and a clean driving record.

·      Must be able to maintain business-like behavior during and after the consumption of alcohol during social

events

·      Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

·      Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently

·      Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis

·      While primarily an inside job, must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)

·      Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 60lbs. and occasionally up to 150lbs.

·      Must be 21 years of age
