About the Role

Equilibrium Brewery is looking for part-time Account Scouts / Brand Ambassadors to help grow Equilibrium beer placements. This role is focused on opening doors, introducing the brand, identifying account interest, and submitting clean opportunities to the Equilibrium team for follow-up. Specifically looking for Brand Ambassadors in the following states: NY, MA, CT, RI, NJ, PA

Compensation

  • 10% commission on verified sales.
  • Verified sales means approved, traceable revenue tied to an account opportunity you logged and Equilibrium confirmed.
  • Commission is paid only after the sale is verified through the company process.

What You Will Do

  • Visit targeted bars, restaurants, package stores, bottle shops, grocery accounts, and other qualified retail accounts.
  • Identify the right buyer, manager, or decision maker and capture contact details when available.
  • Represent the Equilibrium brand professionally and generate interest in new draft and can placements or reorders.
  • Log visits, notes, buyer interest, next steps, and lead status in an approved tracker.
  • Send specific sales opportunities to the Equilibrium team the same day.

Role Boundaries

This is an account-development and brand-building role. Account Scouts should get preliminary sales commitments for follow-up by the Equilibrium team, but may not offer discounts, offer free goods or event participation, guarantee delivery, or make other commitments on behalf of Equilibrium or its wholesale partners unless specifically approved.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has relationships in beer, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or beverage sales.
  • Is comfortable walking into accounts and starting professional conversations.
  • Understands craft beer or is excited to learn Equilibrium’s story and product lineup.
  • Is organized, reliable, and able to work independently in an assigned territory.
  • Has reliable transportation.

What Makes a Lead Commissionable

  • The opportunity is logged before the sale and includes account name, address, buyer/contact when available, and the specific sales opportunity.
  • The lead is not a duplicate or already active opportunity, unless pre-approved by Equilibrium.
  • Equilibrium verifies that the opportunity resulted in real, attributable revenue.
