Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and structures are in top working order. You will work closely with numerous team members to support our mission of delivering high-quality craft beverages while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage multiple trade projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on the facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of machinery.
• Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and other improvement projects.
• Maintain inventory of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies, including after-hours or weekend work if needed.
• Keep records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
• Operate forklifts and other facility-related equipment as needed.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts, weekends as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of building systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work in compliance with regulations.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work while standing on lifts and ladders

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $26–$29 per hour (DOE)
