Lead Brewer: Seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Brewer to join our dynamic brewing team.

Duties

• Operate brewing equipment with precision, following established recipes and procedures to produce consistent batches of beer.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tanks, pipes, and all brewing tools in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
• Monitor fermentation processes, adjusting temperatures and other parameters to ensure optimal product development.
• Assist in packaging operations, including filling, capping, labeling, and palletizing finished products while adhering to food safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying mechanical issues early and coordinating repairs as needed.
• Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, raw material handling, and proper storage of ingredients and finished goods using forklift equipment when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain detailed documentation for traceability and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in brewing or a related craft beer environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, HACCP protocols, and CGMP standards within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot brewing equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including packaging lines and warehouse operations.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the food industry’s safety standards and best practices for maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Passion for craft beer production with an understanding of brewing techniques and flavor profiles is desirable.
