Packaging & Cellar Operator

Job Summary:

The Packaging & Cellar Operator is a hands-on role responsible for operating the Wild Goose canning line at both locations and performing cellar duties, including transfers, cleaning, and sanitation. This role is crucial to freeing up our brewers to focus on brewing while ensuring consistent, high-quality beer production.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging / Canning:

• Operate and maintain a Wild Goose canning line at both Jupiter and West Palm Beach locations
• Set up, clean, and troubleshoot the canning line
• Inspect packaged beer for quality and consistency
• Coordinate with brewers to ensure packaged product meets schedule

Cellar Operations:

• Perform racking, transferring, and conditioning of beer
• Handle cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of fermenters, tanks, and cellar equipment
• Keg finished product

General Brewery Support:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of brewery spaces
• Track and report production and packaging data
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and sanitation protocols

Qualifications:

• Experience operating canning lines, preferably Wild Goose or similar equipment
• Familiarity with cellar operations, cleaning, and sanitation practices
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a brewery environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team
