Health and Safety Protocols (Last Updated: 9/27/2021)
Important Note: the COVID pandemic continues to evolve quickly and these protocols may be subject to change. Therefore, we suggest that you check back here again prior to the event.
Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Status
In the interest of making our events as safe as possible for both attendees and staff, we will be implementing enhanced safety protocols similar to other industry events, professional and college sporting events and restaurant practices. We will be providing further details, but all attendees will be required to provide one of the following:
Proof of vaccination: Attendees must provide proof of having received either two doses or the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Digital or physical documentation must clearly display your name and the date of your last vaccination shot. You will be considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the second dose of a two-dose series, or 2 weeks after a single-dose series. This must be completed at least two weeks prior to attending the event.
A negative COVID-19 test result from within 72 hours of the start of the Event. Documentation of the test result must clearly show your name, the date of the test and the facility that administered the test. Digital versions will be accepted.
Face Mask Required
Los Angeles County, CA currently requires masks be worn indoors, regardless of vaccination status, except when actively eating and drinking. Therefore, we are requiring mask wearing at all Events while indoors. For the safety of all attendees and staff, BevNET is not able to accommodate any exceptions to the mask policy.
BevNET will continue to monitor all California, Los Angeles County, and CDC guidelines for indoor group gatherings and make adjustments as necessary.
