Beejay Oslon is the co-founder of Pipeworks Brewing Company. He has filled rolls ranging from head brewer to artistic director within the company. Beejay began his journey into craft brewing as a homebrewer eventually moving to Belgium to apprentice at the De Struisse brewery before opening Pipeworks in 2012.

Dave Kahle is a Master Cicerone, AHA member, BJCP judge, and panelist at Beverage Testing Institute (BTI) in Chicago. He currently serves as the Craft Beer Manager for Wirtz Beverage of Illinois. He continues to work for the Cicerone Certification Program as an exam assessor and consultant. Dave is also an instructor at the Siebel Institute in Chicago. He has earned certificates from the Siebel Institute/World Brewing Academy, in Brewing Technology, Sensory Panel Management, and Brewing Microbiology, as well as having an Advanced Draft Tech certificate from the Micro Matic Draft Institute.

Donn Bichsel Jr. has been in the beverage industry in some capacity for over 20 years and is in his 15th year on the supplier side. Donn has been with Revolution Brewing since the production facility first started brewing in the spring of 2012, leading the Sales and Marketing team to an anticipated production total of 80,000 barrels in 2015.

Jason Miller joined FleishmanHillard in 2014 as a vice president in the Chicago office working in the emerging media and technology group. He is responsible for helping clients create, execute, and analyze digital programming that uses data-driven insights and creative ideas to communicate and engage with customers and fans in meaningful and relevant ways.

Before FleishmanHillard, Mr. Miller spent a combined six years building digital and social capabilities at the P.F. Chang's / Pei Wei restaurant group and Beam Global, the parent company of spirits brands such as Jim Beam, Knob Creek, Sauza Tequila and Pinnacle Vodka. He also spent three years as a public relations' manager for two Arena Football franchises.

Jerry Nelson is the Founder, CEO, and Head Brewer of Une Annee Brewery. He started homebrewing in 1995 while a Marine stationed in California. Prior to starting Une Annee he was an Architect designing luxury homes. Jerry is also a graduate of The Siebel Institute Advanced Brewing Theory Program.
