      Adam has been brewing regular kombucha for over a decade and began brewing for retail sale at his own restaurant in 2011. His restaurant, Local Habit, was one of the first restaurants in the country to offer kombucha on tap. Adam is currently the Chief Marketing Officer and resident Stunt Man at Boochcraft. His biggest goal is to make a difference in the communities and for the people where Boochcraft has an impact, like the Farm to Families program created in tandem with Wild Willow Farm just a couple miles from the brewery. Adam’s passions include acroyoga, surfing, organic gardening, and cooking.

      Driven by her desire to have the best “finish line” beer in the world, Caitlin Landesberg took matters into her own hands. In 2012 she began developing the beer she wanted to see in the world, and as fellow runners and endurance athletes rapidly drove demand, she launched Sufferfest Beer Company in Spring 2016. Based in San Francisco and a Certified B Corporation, Sufferfest inspires active, healthy and passionate humans with award-winning, purpose-brewed craft beer. As the company's Founder and CEO, Caitlin brings 14 years of consumer marketing experience to the company, with prior positions including Director of Marketing at Strava — a social network for athletes. Three successful years into business, Sufferfest was fully acquired by Chico-based Sierra Nevada Brewing Company in Spring 2019.       Sam Calagione is the founder and CEO of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, Delaware and Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. He also owns the Dogfish Inn in Lewes, Delaware. Sam is a 2016 James Beard Award recipient was named one of Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business. The Wall Street Journal has called Sam "a Pioneer of bizarre brews."

      A professor of communication studies at Randolph College, Dr. J. Jackson-Beckham has dedicated her career to the study of American beer. She has published social commentary, journal articles, and book chapters; delivered keynote addresses and guest lectures; and provided expertise as a guest on radio shows, podcasts, and in news and entertainment media on the culture and inclusiveness of craft beer. Dr. J. works to provide industry members with effective strategies for aligning inclusive organizational practices with overall organizational goals and tactics for diagnosing and removing barriers to access for populations that are underrepresented among craft beer drinkers and producers.

      Graci Harkema is the diversity and inclusion director at Founders Brewing Company. Graci comes from the technology industry, with a background in diversity and inclusion. At Founders, she is dedicated to: driving inclusion and integrating diversity to ensure an open and safe work environment; helping evolve strategies to attract and engage a diverse and inclusive workforce and workplace; and prioritizing diversity and inclusion in the craft beer industry. She is passionate about serving her community by volunteering her time on non-profit boards and committees in the LGBTQ community. Graci was recognized as a “40 Under Forty Business Leader of West Michigan” by Grand Rapids Business Journal and has a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University. Graci is originally from the Congo and now resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

      Shyla Sheppard is the founder and CEO of Bow & Arrow Brewing Co., a three-year old brewery and beer hall specializing in wild, sour and Southwest-inspired beers in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Shyla is originally from the Fort Berthold Reservation in North Dakota, where she is a member of the Three Affiliated Tribes. She earned her Economics degree from Stanford University and completed Oxford University’s SAID School of Business Impact Investing Executive Program. Her professional background includes nearly a decade of investing and business experience as well as corporate and non-profit board directorships. With a love of funky and sour beers, she enjoys bringing a diverse perspective to the craft beer industry.
