The Regional Manager at Hi-Wire Brewing is responsible for stake holding the largest portion of the business, overseeing relationships with our distributors to ensure effective sales, brand expansion planning, trade marketing collaboration, local / regional chain calls, distribution, coverage wherever Alabama Crown, Lipman Bros., and Georgia Crown stake holds, and Hi-Wire’s overall brand growth.


Role Overview

The Sales Manager at Hi-Wire Brewing Company is based in Nashville, TN, works closely with the to lead sales Vice President of Sales execution in Hi-Wire’s home market, partnering hand-in-hand with the largest distributor in the footprint. This role partners with internal sales and marketing teams as well as distributor and wholesaler partners to ensure company initiatives are executed with discipline, accountability, and consistency.


The Sales Manager is a people-first leader with a strong ability to build relationships, manage and inspire a team, translate strategy into execution, and deliver results backed by data. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and plays a key role in developing team initiatives, directives, and strategies while ensuring execution at the market level.


Essential Functions & Duties


Team Leadership & Execution

  • Manage and develop the ongoing working relationship with Skyland Distributing across the home market.
  • Inspire action and accountability through clear communication, coaching, and leadership.
  • Implement sales strategies and ensure consistent execution across all markets.
  • Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times, including during and after the consumption of alcohol.

Distributor & Wholesaler Collaboration

  • Build strong working partnerships with Hi-Wire’s sales team and the footprint’s largest distributor partner.
  • Participate in business meetings with wholesalers and key retail partners.
  • Work closely with distributors to ensure execution of programs, pricing, promotions, and distribution goals.

Strategic Planning & Performance Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of Hi-Wire Brewing’s strategic sales plan.
  • Track goals and sales performance, providing regular updates and insights to the team.
  • Assist in developing distribution objectives and sales targets.
  • Ensure budgets are met and utilized effectively and efficiently.

Data, Reporting & Market Insights

  • Use an analytical, data-driven approach to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Build and deliver effective presentations supported by data and performance metrics.
  • Assist in tracking distribution status, pricing, promotional activity, and execution levels at retail.

Cross-Functional Team Integration

  • Work directly with the Key Account Manager solidifying alignment, coordination, execution, and positive results.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Integrate externally with wholesalers and chain partners to deliver consistent retail execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Hi-Wire Brewing’s growth objectives.

Operational Quality Controls

  • Manage Days Standing Inventory levels, tracking, and organization ensuring Hop Forward Beers are kept under 90 days, Lagers at 120, and all others under 150 days standing inventory.
  • Manage distributor expectations to maintain product quality through proper handling and storage.
  • Identify and address quality issues or discrepancies at the wholesaler level.
  • Support operational efficiency and compliance standards set internally by the Operations Team at Hi-Wire Brewing.
