We are seeking a high performing Sales Operations Manager! The Sales Operations Manager provides critical support to our distribution partners and to the entire sales organization. By maintaining our systems, reporting, and tracking, this position will ensure the team is provided with the tools and information needed to succeed. This person will manage all data platforms, provide ad hoc reporting support, review all inbound sales orders, and provide administrative support to sales management. SALES SUPPORT

  • Assist with new item set up forms and portals
  • Provide sales support, tools, and collateral
  • Manage and oversee sales development and account targeting
  • Provide measurement of sales pipeline, including documentation of processes
  • Manage all Sales Reporting and Database Platforms— provide technical training and support 
  • Help maintain quarterly goal’s structure, dashboards, and provide quarterly recaps
  • Create and update monthly reports and tracking
  • Prepare sales reports for both internal and external stakeholders upon request
  • Responsible for maintaining technical skills on the appropriate software platforms
  • Manage suite of documentation and training materials to ensure field access to tools

DATA ANALYSIS

  • Manage data platforms including VIP, iDig, Item Catalog, KARMA, and Armadillo (training will be provided if needed)
  • Provide actionable sales analysis and insights
  • Track KPIs through data visualization dashboards
  • Conduct project-specific market research & analysis
  • Develop tools to track Region performance results
  • Conduct detailed analytics and make appropriate recommendations for increasing sales and supporting leadership in executing strategy
  • Develop reporting to consistently measure and analyze sales performance across all distribution channels and business lines

DISTRIBUTION

  • Act as a first line review for all inbound distributor orders
  • Provide inventory oversight and make monthly order recommendations
  • Ensure accurate tracking of distributor depletion and reporting
  • Set allocations by market
  • Maintain sales forecasting tools and templates

COLLABORATION

  • Act as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, Admin, and Operations
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal departments (Admin, Finance, Marketing, Operations)
  • Build strong relationships with sales leadership and other stakeholders so as to provide proactive support to enable sales growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, or have your second shot appointment scheduled
    Currently reside in or commuting distance to Auburn, WA
    Passion for cider and the beverage industry
  • Valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and a reliable automobile
  • Comfort with mobile technology and MS suite
  • Ability to handle and maneuver 30lb cases and team lift kegs
  • Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends
  • Lead by example and taking initiative; be outgoing and approachable
  • Be self-driven and self-motivated
  • Work independently and as part of the team
  • Be an energetic, organized, and a motivated problem solver

    PAY & BENEFITS
  • Starting salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and qualification
