Brewery operations to include all aspects of the brewing and packaging process.
CIP of fermentation and conditioning tanks.
Beer clarification to include filtering.
Packaging duties (Can/bottle/draft).
Represent BRBC at events, festivals, and promotions.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
Roles and responsibilities:
Assist in producing and packaging world class quality beer.
Assist in support of taproom staff as it relates to beer and brewery education.
Represent BRBC in a professional manner at all times.
Provide top notch service to all customers (internal & external).
2+ year brewery experience preferred.
Some level of formal brewing education or current enrollment
Get it done no matter what attitude
Absolute passion for brewing and beer
Ability to lift 55 pound sacks of grain
Current WA driver’s license with clean record (or can get one)
Ability to work any shift at any time if needed, to include overtime.
Able to work well in a team environment
Desire to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility
High School diploma or GED/some college preferred
BRBC is a growing brewery with two locations (Redmond & Woodinville, WA). As such, any position with our company will require the applicant to be flexible in work duties performed. In other words, we will all do whatever it takes to produce world class beer and provide top notch service. While BRBC will do everything possible to ensure a consistent schedule, applicant should have open availability and the ability to be on call as needed. We expect the applicant to understand that growing breweries require a lot of work and flexibility.
