About the Position

We are looking to add a Packaging Associate to our growing Operations team. The ideal candidate has a passion for cider, is self motivated and has the drive to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding industry. We are looking for someone who is able to operate machinery on our canning line independently, can operate a forklift daily, can work as a team to complete the mission and perform manual tasks as needed.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Work on the Operations Team under the Packaging Manager

  • Operate a forklift daily 

  • Operate machinery on canning line

  • Perform maintenance on machinery  

  • Perform periodic manual tasks 

  • Effective communication with all other members of the team 

  • Handle shipping and receiving of freight 

  • Keep the warehouse clean

  • Clean and Fill Kegs 

  • Bring up any and all issues to management as soon as they are discovered and help address 

  • Be a contributing member of the team to constantly improve quality, safety and procedures 


  • Must be 21+ years of age

  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, or have your second shot appointment scheduled

  • Capable of lifting up to 35lbs repeatedly 

  • Willingness to operate a forklift and heavy machinery

  • Self Sufficient and Self Motivated 

  • Comfortable standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time

  • Ability to clean and maintain machinery 

  • High attention to detail

  • Disciplined, with an emphasis on detail, safety, and accurate record keeping

  • Flexibility in schedule as needed to work to completion

  • Ability to follow SOPs and aid in developing them

  • Embody Company Values

  • Ask for help when needed

  • Passionate for craft beverages!


  • Forklift experience and/or certified training

  • Mechanical skills 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to learn tasks and procedures quickly

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting wage $20 hourly
