Tommyknocker Brewery and Pub in Idaho Springs, Colorado is accepting resumes for a full-time production brewer/cellar position. Our candidate must be willing to perform all aspects of the brewing process including: wort production, fermentation maintenance, fermenter and bright tank preparation, beer-transfer, filtration, centrifuge, carbonation, kegging, and general brewery cleaning and upkeep.
We expect any candidate should have a good work ethic with the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, have the capability to work alone, as well as part of a team, have a positive attitude, be efficient, and have strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, ability to follow directions clearly, and willingness to complete both the glamorous and not so glamorous tasks.
All brewery team members will represent Tommyknocker Brewery at beer festivals and provide social brewery tours. We offer flexible schedules, a supportive environment, and promote healthy and active lifestyles. We are looking for someone to bring in new ideas, techniques, and innovation.
This position includes days, nights, weekends, and third shift brews as needed. Located just west of Denver in the foothills of the mountains, we are fortunate to have a variety of Rocky Mountain activities in our backyard. Includes paid vacation, other optional benefits, and we pay 70% of health insurance. Competitive pay based on experience. Experience preferred, but not necessary. Pay range is $40 - $60K
