Superstition is an award winning meadery that produces mead, cider, and wine in Prescott, Arizona and is moving into its 10th year of existence. Superstition takes a great amount of pride in producing the highest quality product possible with a distribution network that reaches across the country as well as into Asia and Europe. As a company, Superstition fosters a collaborative environment, working with friends and industry leaders throughout the craft beverage world. Prescott is a beautiful mountain town, nestled in Arizona's high country, full of amazing outdoor recreation, with great schools, a charming town square, and an evolving food and beverage scene. We are currently expending our distribution network, looking to expand our reach throughout the country and the world. In response to this our production team is growing as well and we are looking for a couple experienced brewers to join our mead making team!
These positions will work as a part of the mead making team and will report to the Head Mead Maker and Lead Mead Maker. Duties will include must creation and handling for meads, cider, and wines; fermentation management; vitals and record keeping; yeast pitching and management; fruit pressing; product transfer and filtration; adjuncting of product; packaging line operation and troubleshooting; tank, equipment, and facility cleaning; as well as general facility organization. We are looking to have a well balanced team that can perform all duties in the facility. A strong grasp of fermentation is required. Mead, cider, or winemaking experience would be a plus, however none of this is required for the position. Our current team pulls from beer, cider, and wine backgrounds. This position will require some weekend work.

- 2 year of relevant craft beverage experience
