NORTHEAST SALES MANAGER  -- Current territories include but are not limited to NY, MA, CT, RI, VT & ME
 
Responsibilities 
·       Manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives to sell our seltzer brand portfolio at chain accounts
·       Develop account plans and budgets, prepare and present account reviews, and communicate activities effectively both internally and externally
·       Build and cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
·       Schedule and conduct ride-with and team sells as required
·       Maintain retail call frequency as required
·       Establish and monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss)
·       Develop, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators as it relates to the sales department.
·       Conduct meetings with key buyers to sell in new products, programs and promotional activities
·       Review strategies to increase profitability and sales for products, and buyers, using IRI sales data (when available)
·       Work closely with wholesalers and local field sales personnel to increase brand visibility, and implement, manage, track, and evaluate results of pricing, distribution and space initiatives
 
Qualifications
·       Bachelor’s degree required
·       Substantive growth in current/most recent position – alcohol brand experience preferred
·       High level of expertise in analyzing information and making informed strategic recommendations
·       Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects 
·       Exposure to retail initiatives with information-based selling responsibilities
·       Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
·       Understanding of wholesaler network / processes and the three-tier system
·       Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial start-up environment
 
Compensation Package
Salary commensurate with experience.
Bonus 
·       Up to 25% of salary
·       Based on hitting personal volume sales goals
·       Additional team based performance incentives available
