Various positions and shifts are available.

 

Brewer Position Summary: 

This position will efficiently carry out all brewing operations.  The Brewer will work closely with the Brewing Manager and team to help facilitate daily brewing tasks and keep the brewhouse clean and organized.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mix tea and herbs based on Brew Dr. formulations

  • Ensure all batches are weighed correctly and brewing SOPs are followed

  • Work with brewing manager to complete the production schedule.

  • Work with brewing manager to monitor ingredient inventories

  • Clean out brewing and fermentation tanks

  • Move pallets of ingredients and other supplies with a pallet jack or forklift.

  • Lift and pour sugar

  • Correctly and accurately pour hot and ambient water

  • Connect valves and hoses to correct tanks

  • Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times

  • General cleaning, organizing, and taking out the garbage

  • Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

  • Follow all food safety directives

 

Cellar Position Summary: The cellar hand will be part of the cellar crew, responsible for the safe and efficient product movement within the facility.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tank cleaning and tank transfers

  • Bottling, tank filling, carbonation, and pH testing

  • General cleaning and stocking: floors, sani-buckets, sprayers

  • Move pallets from one place to another

  • Assist the team and team leaders with various tasks throughout the day

  • Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks to move material as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate in a highly diverse multicultural environment

  • Willingness to have a flexible work schedule

Work Environment:

  • While performing this position’s duties, the worker will be exposed to inside environmental conditions, hot fluids, pressurized vessels and transfer lines, strong odors, chemicals, and moving machinery.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to stand for an extended period, bend, climb, and perform repetitive hand motions

  • Ability to lift to 60 pounds repeatedly
