General Summary: Help us maximize sales growth and account penetration by selling PubPass’ value and related services to bars and breweries around the country. You will personally manage the sales process from prospect to partner and function as the main point of contact for partner accounts.
Promotes/sells/secures Partner agreements from prospective craft beer focused establishments in assigned regional territory.
Demonstrates products, services and value to prospective and existing customers through relationship-based and a consultative approach to sales.
Manages/maintains existing partner portfolios as main point of contact for PubPass.
Details of Responsibilities:
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners in assigned territory
Use email, phone calls and in-person visits with prospective and existing customers
Maintain diligent and concise reporting/tracking of pipeline and sales funnel steps
Research and curate new partners and help them determine their potential
Develop clear and effective proposals of PubPass’ value and products.
Expedite the resolution of customer issues
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing & sales management to maximize potential
Plan and manages personal sales strategy for maximum market penetration
Travel to assigned cities in territory when necessary for sales and retention needs
Keep on top of market conditions, news and updates in the craft beer industry
Participate in marketing events, festivals, PubPass events as necessary
Reports to the Director of Curation
Ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years B2B sales experience or ability to demonstrate a dynamic sales plan and strategy to meet job demands.
Track record of success in expanding scalable growth in an existing territory or region--preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Specific craft beer/bev market sales experience is a plus.
Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and ability to curate and maintain lasting relationships.
Must be results oriented and have the ability to work independently and maximize performance.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in G-suite applications and familiarity with different outreach software a plus.
