Garage Brewing in Murrieta, CA is a team of collaborative, innovative, passionate individuals committed to providing craft beer that makes a world of difference.  Our state of the art production facility including a full lab, computerized yeast cell counts, yeast propagation and pitching, auto-grain to grist case fills and auto pump spout grain to trailer for farmer pickup and best of all for team member comfort is the whole facility is air-conditioned.

We work one shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm and closed on holidays.

The Cellerman position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing fermentation tanks, filtration and carbonating the beer to the correct level.

The Packaging Tech will support the lead operator responsibilities for both canning and bottling.

Duties Cellerman:

  • Responsible for CIP and preparation of fermentors, brite tanks and intermediate step tanks
  • Transferring beer and flavorings
  • Work closely with team members to execute and pass off tanks effectively
  • Apply treatments such as dry hop additions and additives
  • Logs information immediately and accurately
  • Escalates problems to co-workers and management immediately
  • Assisting with a variety of tasks throughout the brewery
  • Production brewery experience is an asset

Duties Packaging Tech:

  • Operate packaging equipment as a team member to fill and package cans, bottles and kegs
  • Clean and maintain packaging equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
  • Understand and adhere to safety standards
  • Clean kegs and move to storage area
  • Assisting with a variety of tasks throughout the brewery

Both positions can expect excellent training on cellaring and packaging as they find where their strengths lie.

As a successful, experienced candidate can expect promotion opportunities as we grow


  • Standing for the length of shift (not including breaks and lunch time) with lower body movement throughout shift
  • Visual acuity at short distances
  • Color vision needed to detect inappropriate color of product
  • Good eye/hand coordination to keep speed with the pace of the machine
  • Able to lift 25-35 lbs. boxes continuously
  • Climbing, stooping, bending, overhead reaching
  • Grasping and gripping
  • Skill – mechanical and communication
  • Abilities – good attendance, work alone
  • Detail oriented and takes pride in the work they do
  • Passionate about the craft beer industry
Wages commensurate with experience with month stipend, shoes, co-op medical, yearly bonus and sick pay
