Brand General Manager

This executive role will be leading, planning, and organizing the activities of the sales operations for Big Country Hard Seltzer and will be ensuring the brand is well-coordinated and productive by managing and coaching its people.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the full spectrum of seltzer bars, distribution, inventory cost, brand image and financial performance of the brand.
  • Managing the operational area in such manner that customer satisfaction and budgeted profit margins are achieved as well proactively drive new brand initiatives and brand expansion plan.
  • Ensuring company’s standard operational procedures, service quality and relevant regulatory requirements are met.
  • Setting strategic goals and operational activities and monitor day-to-day business operations.
  • Continuously reviewing working practices and monitor external benchmarks to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative and promote the implementation to maintain a continuous improvements mindset.
  • Work with local distributors to increase distribution and brand awareness.
  • Drive the distributor sales team to accomplish sales objectives.

    To succeed in this Brand General Manager role, you will need to have a strong passion in the Big Country Hard Seltzer line and strong operational background is required.

    Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years brewery, bar/restaurant, or spirits experience.
  • Strong organizational & analytical skills, excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, good time management and meet datelines on task given.
    • Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • College degree or equivalent experience
    • Travel as required.
