Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold Field Representatives will serve as ambassadors and educators, representing the Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold brand in key markets, growing the presence, gaining new accounts, championing quality assurance and growing professional sales relationships with wholesalers, retailers and consumers.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Representing the company and expanding sales for Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold in both on & off-premise accounts in your local market.
Educating consumers of Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold’s brand positioning, product quality, product points of difference, brand innovation, profitability, segment leadership, and core values.
Establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the on and off-premise as well as leading and motivating the distributor team on the excitement and impact of Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold.
Strategically targeting key accounts with distributors to increase product placement, movement, and organic promotional opportunities.
Executing, tracking, and fulfilling goals/KPIs for account visits, samplings, sales, distribution, and promotional opportunities.
Coordinating and facilitating communication between accounts and distributors to ensure product is being ordered and delivered appropriately, and that a healthy relationship is maintained between all accounts and distributors. This also includes any branded POS items and merchandise for promotional use.
Preplanning and executing crew drives/ride-withs with your local wholesaler/distributor.
Scheduling and attending promotional events, such as samplings, pint nights, beer pairing dinners, and larger activations.
Providing and maintaining accurate account information and sales data on Lilypad (AB’s CRM & reporting tool).
Submitting weekly recaps to and attending conference calls w/ your AB Trade Marketing Manager and Neato Agency.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience working for a beverage brand.
Detailed knowledge of the organic F&B industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Must be willing to travel within your city and state, working flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
Professional email and phone etiquette, and crisp presentation skills.
Must be legal drinking age, have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
