Oak Highlands Brewery is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales representative in the DFW Market (focusing on Collin and Denton Counties).  The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, (ideally previous beer sales experience), knowledge of craft beer, possesses excellent relationship building skills and can work independently with minimal oversight. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support OHB by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts, growing sales, and being a brand ambassador for OHB 
  • Manage the assigned territory, execute promotions and support initiatives and objectives of the brewery’s brand strategy
  • Increase sales within the designated market
  • Secure new tap placements within on-premise market and new package placement within off-premise market
  • Sell and market of all OHB products within the assigned territory, as well as other markets in the state as needed
  • Schedule and attend on/off premise tastings, promotions and special events.
  • Responsible for an expense account for promotional and relationship development purposes
  • Provide weekly market summary reports to management
  • Develop knowledge of beer styles and competitors in the market place
  • Increase distribution, displays, on/off-premise features and promotions, staff training, pint nights, tap take-overs, beer dinners, regional festivals, etc.  
  • Maintain professional image and demeanor at all times


  • Prior sales experience, prior beer sales a plus
  • Must reside in the DFW area
  • Strong knowledge of local market for craft beer, with a working knowledge of craft beer industry
  • Ability and willingness to work independently
  • Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work within a team to accomplish goals
  • Excellent time management ability
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license without any alcohol related offenses
  • A reliable, registered and insured vehicle and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously and the ability to drive long distances
  • Flexible schedule, must be able to work outside of regular business hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must maintain current TABC server certification
