At BOOCHCRAFT, we’re in the business of winning fans, not customers. This key role within our rapidly growing Sales and Marketing team is charged with communicating the BOOCHCRAFT mission and values to the market. This is a data-driven leader that’s responsible for maximizing brand visibility and building fan loyalty in both direct and indirect distribution channels. This position reports to the VP of Sales + Marketing and frequently collaborates with the Brand Director, sales team, outside agencies, and our brewing department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing calendar to drive brand engagement in both B2C and B2B channels including web, social, blog, email, and education materials. Execute campaigns across digital, editorial, advertising, influencers, and PR.

  • Drive go-to-market plan for new product launches incorporating consumer insights, positioning, and messaging from inception to post-launch. Outline product briefs and manage against budget and brand objectives.

  • Own the brand narrative, content strategy, and editorial calendar to support storytelling at the brand and product level. Manage the creation of content for our communication channels, including website, SEO, social media and e-commerce store

  • Unlock actionable insights based on quantitative vs qualitative data, uncover emerging trends, and conduct extensive market research. Measure performance and report KPI on marketing campaigns and launches utilizing outcomes to optimize for success. 

  • Optimize customer databases, buyer profiles, and communications strategy both within B2C and B2B channels. Manage our segmented email list and content planner. 

  • Oversee all inbound communications and B2C platforms. Partner with owned retail locations to enhance customer experience and support events.  

  • Manage marketing team, including accountability to budgets, resource planning, project management, and deadlines. 

  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that reinforces personal growth and a commitment to values.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Communications

  • 3-5 years in CPG brand marketing (bonus if in beverage industry)

  • Strong understanding of consumer research and data platforms

  • Strong copywriting ability and mastery of SEO optimization

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

Position Type: This is a full-time, exempt management role based in Chula Vista, CA.

Travel: Occasion travel to events and conferences may be required. Frequent evenings and weekends may also be required.
