We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop, grow, and manage the Boulder Territory that includes Boulder, Louisville, Longmont, Lafayette, Superior, Broomfield and Loveland. This is a self-distribution role that handles sales, delivery, logistics and sales events for off-premise and on premise accounts. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the story of Mythology and represent a local premium spirits brand.

  • Candidate will have 4+ years of experience in distribution (preferably supplier side)
  • Proven track record of growing sales and maintaining excellent customer service
  • Strong work ethic; demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Problem solving skills and proficient in sales tracking and analysis 
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management
  • Must have a clean driving record, your own reliable transportation, have documentation showing you are legally able to drive and maintain at automotive liability coverage




  • Learn about Mythology and be able to proficiently communicate our distillation process, the ingredients we use in production and guide customers through a sensory of our spirits 
  • Analyze the off-premise market for the territory and establish a list of all off-premise accounts. Using this list, create a strategy for key accounts and secondary accounts to absorb within a 2 year timeline
  • Analyze the ON-premise market for the Denver metro area and establish a list of cocktail bars, restaurants and bars. Using this list, create a strategy for key accounts and secondary accounts to absorb within a 2 year timeline
  • Establish sales goals to significantly grow accounts
  • Set weekly work plans on company CRM to achieve sales goals and customer retention targets
  • Maintain customer call frequency to grow relationships and sales
  • Follow up activities to ensure shelves are restocked, displays are established, rotate product, plan promotion activities and address customer needs to grow business.
  • Coordinate pairing events with restaurant and bar accounts that will feature Mythology spirits
  • Ensure proper and timely follow through on new leads and customer requests
  • Engage with our consumers at promotional events and educate on Mythology Products
  • Conduct weekly sales analysis to identify business development opportunities
  • Set up and attend two off-premise events per week (tastings, hand sales, etc)
  • Attend events and act as a brand ambassador for Mythology
  • Take orders, process invoices, deliver spirits, maintain an organized delivery route and collect payment
  • Work with Owner and Marketing Manager to implement marketing campaigns that target distribution
  • Perform other similar job-related functions as assigned




This is a full-time salary + commission position. Starting salary is commensurate with experience and benefits include paid time-off, paid holidays, staff training and future benefit plans.
