Work directly with our Brewers and Quality Assurance Staff to assist in the
production of beer at one of New Jerseys fastest growing craft breweries.
Duties include dry-hopping and other post-fermentation additions to the beer, harvesting yeast, Cleaning and sanitizing tanks,
maintaining fermentation and maturation flow in the Cellar, running the centrifuge to transfer beer from FV’s to BT’s, filling barrels for aging beer, sensory analysis of various products, assist in other areas of the brewery on an as needed basis.
Qualifications: 21 or older, High School diploma or GED, Applicant must have an enthusiasm for craft beer and a desire to work hard to make great beer!
Experience in a brewery or other production facility is a plus.
Must be able to:
Lift hop boxes repeatedly (up to 44 lbs.),
Work at height,
Work in a hot environment,
Stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders
Safely maneuver tanks of compressed gas and 55 gal. chemical drums,
Operate a forklift and powered hand truck,
Safely handle hazardous chemicals,
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and
overnight shifts.
