Wrecking Bar Brewpub is seeking naturally curious individuals to add to our brewery team! We are a brewpub located in historic Little Five Points-Inman Park neighborhood known for brewing award-winning beer, strongly supporting our local farming community, building a diverse cocktail program and whiskey list, and serving Atlanta an adventurous menu in a relaxed setting.

Job Objective

-Perform daily functions in the brewhouse, cellar, and restaurant to maintain the highest quality standards for daily service. 



-Wort production and operations on brewhouse

-Brewhouse/cellar CIP operations processes

-The ability to ensure proper draft beer quality and maintenance

-Maintaining a clean workspace and cellar

-Meticulous note keeping for batches and cellar

-Following ALL safety, quality, and operational procedures in brewery and restaurant 

-The ability to communicate any maintenance needs in order to keep the brewery in peak operational conditions


Job Requirements

-Timeliness is imperative. This includes working within the set schedule as well as being able to self-manage your time efficiently every shift.  

-The ability to focus on the task at hand and complete to our quality standards

-The ability to lift at least 50 pounds during shifts

-In depth knowledge of the brewing process, raw materials, draft quality, and packaging of beer in bulk/keg/can formats

-Lifting of hoses and working in some tight spaces is required. Our tanks require a ladder to disassemble and reassemble in between every batch of beer.

-The ability to recognize potential issues with wort production, equipment, and process to ensure the highest quality product

-Communication within the brewery team, management, and all staff is imperative 

-Reports to Manager on Duty and head bartender for restaurant service tasks. Reports to GM & Owner with daily updates, short and long term planning. 

-Representing the Wrecking Bar Brewpub brand at various events in a professional manner.

-Hosting, communicating with other breweries regarding, setting up and breaking down our own in house beer festivals & parties.
