(512) Brewing is an Austin based microbrewery seeking a competitive, motivated self-starter who is passionate about craft beer and familiar with the assigned region of North Austin. This role is focused on promoting sales and the overall brand while achieving distribution and sales goals under the direction of the Sales & Distribution Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop new key customers and maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Create, schedule and attend events and promotional activities on weekends and evenings
  • Conduct brand training with customers and provide market feedback about ways to improve sales and distribution
  • Write market and administrative reports on a regular basis
  • Assist at events and festivals within the assigned region

  • Self-starter with an energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Kind, courteous and respectful demeanor with good communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in outside sales in craft beer
  • 4-year college degree in business/marketing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of craft beer and the industry
  • Computer skills – experience using MS Office and the ability to quickly learn and use custom CRM software
  • Experience navigating the growing North Austin region
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required
  • Willingness to contribute at any level, as required, to achieve sales goals
